About me
Hi! I'm Jason Kershner, a leadership strategist and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

Who do I support?
My focus is on helping humans determine the type of leader they want to be in their current phase of life and the future — both in work and at home.
​
How do I do that?
I thrive in helping others rediscover the badass person that's inside them and use that connection to live the life they want.
I use the techniques learned through my study of Co-Active, Positive Intelligence, Enneagram, and ORSC team coaching philosophies to help clarify how you want to show up and what steps you need to take.
​
Primary, we will use include inquiry, celebration, challenge, and embodiment to help you breakthrough. In coaching sessions, we focus on defining and developing your Values, Mission, and Inner Mentor. We will also focus energy on spotlighting inner critics (I call them saboteurs or gremlins) and develop strategies to keep them in check.

Who am I?​
I lead my life in a way to inspire and drive change that makes the world a better place. I do this by embodying my personal mission: "Empower growth through connection, brilliance, and transparency." Through my own personal coaching journey, I've discovered that helping others, connection, and empowering growth are all Core Values for me.

I have a decade and a half of experience in adult learning, training, and behavior change in the SAAS, tech wearables, and cosmetic industries. As someone who's changed careers, moved across the country, and transitioned into new industries, I've experienced the excitement and struggles of diving into new arenas full of uncertainty. And have done a lot of personal exploration to determine what type of leader I want to be in each chapter.
